In all this chaos we found safety.
Honestly, these past couple months have been crazy. I haven’t been writing on here but going through my old posts made me want to contribute a little something (I also have midterms to be studying for, which is why I am stalling as long as I possibly can.) I don’t know what has happened. It’s been almost too crazy to describe in a simple text post. To say that my life has been flipped upside down is an understatement. I’ve done a lot of new things this year, I’ve grown and I’ve matured. I’ve learned a lot, I guess you could say. I can honestly say that even though Junior year has been crazy, it’s been exciting and adventurous. I titled this “In all this chaos we found safety,” for two reasons: one being that I adore Brighten and two being that I have finally found a few stable, supportive rocks this year. To touch upon the latter, I’ve always struggled opening up to others and letting them in deep. This year I have made a point to talk with my friends and family and let my thoughts and feelings be heard. I know this post is jumping around and it probably makes zero sense, but I need to get this all out.
To all those reading: Thanks for your time, and sorry I wasted it.
